PAC Sponsored Lunch on Dec. 22 - The PAC would like to provide a boxed lunch for everyone on the 22nd. Please use this link to place your order. Snap restaurant will need our orders on Dec. 18th.
Virtual Family Nights - The PAC typically hosts a very well attended family event in December. Due to the current reality, we will offer a short sing along and story time for families on the 11th and 18th. The same songs and story will happen at both nights. The first 250 to join the meet will be admitted. Please encourage families to enjoy one of the two nights in jammies. :) Click here to view flyer.
Ornaments - Thank you for taking a bit of classroom time to have students decorate an ornament. Salytics will be here Wednesday after school to pick them up. They will be on trees at St. E's. :)
All School reward - I had a classroom send me an email this week...which was super cute. :) I felt like I had a pen pal again. They were wondering about a PJ day. Let's work towards having this all school reward on Dec. 21. Thank you for putting your paw up on the board when you get a chance to celebrate something your classroom has accomplished...remember this can be meeting a small goal and putting the paw up can be the simple reward. :)
Food Drive - Nov. 30th - Dec. 10th. Please have the students put their donations in the boxes and leave them. Bob, or one of us from the office, will come around to collect these randomly throughout the drive timeline.
~EVERYONE for your understanding and support during my absence and the absence of many others as well. It is reassuring to know the building is in such good hands with all of you! Aric (my husband) is on the mend. After going through the fever, loss of voice, horrible cough, loss of taste and smell, being lethargic...I think we are finally taking a turn for the better! We are able to isolate, which is a blessing and a bummer too as it feels really weird to avoid him so much. Emily and I have had no symptoms and hope that continues to be the case. :)
~I have asked many of you to allow me to come into your rooms for virtual observations and to simply be "present" yet in the building. Thank you for welcoming me and making this work. I am still filling my days and trying to accomplish a ton so when I return I can continue to be ready and available for all needs and not having to play catch-up. Thank you for pushing me around on the cart Janet set up for me :). Jean has done a great job of making sure I don't miss my morning supervision times. Carol is rolling me around randomly to different spots. :)
