Jean - will return to the office on Tuesday! We are grateful for Beth Sanderfoot and the extra time she spent helping out the Main Office while Jean was recovering. Thank you, Beth!

Lunch Cards - Susan and Jean (our Lunch/Breakfast Assistants) are having to make some adjustments to the way students present their lunch cards for hot lunch. My understanding is the students will need to have their card in their hands until they get to the servery. There will be a basket for the students to show their card and drop it. Please remind students to take their card with them now. There is NO change to the milk only process. I will talk about this in the announcements as well. Sorry for this late notice, I was made aware the same time you were. ;)

Summer School EAs - We are still looking for EAs to support some of our summer school classes. The hours would be 7:45-12:15. Please connect with me, or Erin Kape, if you are interested.

1st Grade Virtual Spring Celebration - We will record our 1st graders Spring Celebration on May 21. These recordings will be shared with families when they are ready. I'm excited for this first ever 1st grade performance!! Thank you, Mrs. Lapin, for preparing the students for this special event.

I-ready - 5K and 1st grade will be starting the iReady assessment soon! To better prepare ourselves and the students, I will be connecting with all classroom teachers to talk through the process and any small groups that might benefit from taking the assessment in a different environment. This should be a quick chat...likely to occur on Thursday (I will come to you).

Field Day - The results are in! While Field Day may be a bit of planning and reliant on the weather, it is a fun filled day for all. I want to thank all of you for expressing the desire to still have Field Day, as there was so much we couldn't do this year, it is great to have something we CAN do! Enjoy this day with the students. More details to come from Mr. Guell and Mrs. Wells.

5K & 1st Grade iReady - The window will open the first week of May. I will be sending more info out, but in the meantime the schedule for signing up is below. We are going to work to be intentional with the prep for students and potential for pulling students from your class that may need a more quiet and less distracting location. I will communicate with 5K and 1 on this plan.
